This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent herein not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-State.

3. On the complaint given by one Nagaraj, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.233 of 2018. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused.
