This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the conditions mentioned in the order of this Court, dated 06.06.2024 in in Crl. O.P. No.4297 of 2024, wherein interstate anticipatory bail was granted.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the parties have entered into an agreement of compromise and amicably resolved the issue. However, the petitioners are unable to arrange the solvency certificate for furnishing sureties. Hence, this petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking time extension for surrendering before the concerned Court.

4. Considering the averments contained in the affidavit filed in support of this petition as well as the nature of offences, this petition is ordered and one month time is extended to the petitioners to comply the conditions as ordered by this Court earlier, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
