This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11487 of in Crl.O.P.No.14727 of 2022 on 01.08.2022 to appear before the respondent police twice in a week i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
