This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to 1st respondent, The Inspector of Police, J-2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-20, to register a case on the complaint dated 19.06.2018 lodged by the petitioner against the 2nd, 3rd and 4th respondents.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 .

3.In view of the order passed by this Court in the case https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., Vs The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.

4.Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan's case (supra).
