This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to condone the delay of 287 days in filing the aforementioned criminal revision petition against the order passed in MC.No.7 of 2019 dated 31.05.2024 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court at Arcot.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 287 days is condoned and the petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) directly to the respondents, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the present order shall stand automatically cancelled.
