2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-State.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) submitted that on the complaint given by one Nagakanni against the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.91 of 2018 by the respondent and the same has been closed on 22.06.2018.
