2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants and Mr.P.Sankaranarayanan, learned counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondent-2. The learned counsel for the respondent-2 has no objection for this petition being allowed.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 79 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.89638 of 2022 is condoned.
4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission. The Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.P.Sankaranarayanan, as learned counsel for the Insurance Company, when the matter is listed for admission.
