The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the First to Third Respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 25.06.2019 to provide the basic amenities in the Petitioner's premises situated at No. 38, Maangollai, Mylapore, Chennai 600 004.

Learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE) appearing for the First to Third Respondents submits that the representation dated 25.06.2019 made by the Petitioner has been disposed by an order dated 21.10.2019 and he has produced a copy of the same. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has also acknowledged its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. It is needless to add here that if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed, it is open to her to pursue for necessary relief before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. No costs.
