PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the fourth respondent pertaining to his impugned Tender Notice NO.11 CE/TEC/2020-21 dated 07.12.2020 and to quash the same in so far as S.No:3 Package No:1 (slice 1 to 4) is concerned and consequently direct the fourth respondent to issue a fresh Tender Notice as an individual work in S.No.3 package 1(Slice 1 to 4).

The Tender notice dated 07.12.2020 and 08.12.2020 are under challenge in the present writ proceedings.

2.On account of efflux of time and due to the fact that the periods stipulated in the tender notice for completion of the project has also been expired, no further adjudication is to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

3.If any grievance exists regarding refund of deposit or otherwise, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority. 4.With these observations, the Writ Petition stands closed.
