When the matter came up for hearing, it is stated by the learned counsel for the plaintiff that pursuant to the order dated 10.10.2023 passed by this Court in A.No.5240 of 2023 in C.S.No.373 of 2021, cost has been paid to the first respondent / first defendant and a Memo dated 14.10.2023 to that effect has been filed. Hence, the written statement filed by the defendants 1 and 2 and the adoption Memo filed by the defendants 3 and 4 are taken on file.

This petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
