ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider and dispose of representation dated 10.04.2025 regarding appointment of Sewing Teacher (Registration No.17 ST 26040007) within a limited time frame and tell them decide from filling of the two vacancies under MBC/DNC RH category.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation on 10.04.2025 for for the appointment of Sewing Teacher whereas such representation is yet to be considered by the respondent.

3. At this juncture, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent would fairly submit that they would consider the said representation of the petitioner within a reasonable time.

4. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

In view of the fair submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, without going to the merits of this Writ Petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2025, and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
