Petitioner has filed the present petition seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.136 of 2016 on the file of Sub Court, Tambaram, to the file of Family Court, Tirunelveli to be jointly tried with H.M.O.P.No.28 of 2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.learned counsel for respondent submitted that H.M.O.P.No.28 of 2016 on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli has been disposed of. In the said circumstance, the prayer sought for in the present petition does not survive and therefore, the petition shall stand closed.

4.The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, accordingly, is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

5.However, petitioner may seek transfer of the action moved by the respondent/husband, by way of an independent petition.
