The District of the respondent Police has been wrongly mentioned as Kancheepuram District instead of Thiruvannamalai District.

Hence, Crl.MP/11000/2024 is filed seeking amendment and Crl.MP/11001/2024 is filed for extending the time for the petitioner to appear in person before the concerned Court.

2.Kalasapakkam falls within the territory of Thiruvannamalai District. Hence, the modification is allowed and further, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of SC and ST cases, Thiruvannamalai on or before, 04.09.2024.

3.The Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered accordingly.
