This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 05.08.2022 in Crl.M.P.No. 12117 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.20759 of 2022 to execute sureties.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to the following condition:

"the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) as cost to the credit of COVID-19 SALEM DISTRICT; SB.A/c No : 190601000434;

IFSC code : ICIC0006119; The Personal Assistant (General) to the Collector, Collectorate, Room No.117, First Floor, Salem-636 001, Ph.No.9445008148 and on such payment the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 05.09.2022 failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
