(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the 5th respondent states that the treatment was given and physiotherapy was facilitated, but for the last one year, the patient has not come for any further treatment.

2. Learned counsel for the 4th respondent states that all payments for the treatment have been made and if any further amount is required, the 4th respondent undertakes that they will bear all the costs.

3. The aforesaid statement is taken on record.

4. The writ petition is thus closed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
