J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The learned counsel for the parties would submit that the dispute has been resolved amicably amongst the family members. They have also filed a joint memorandum of compromise.

2. In the light of the said agreement between the parties, the suit is decreed in terms of compromise. The joint memorandum of compromise will form part of the decree. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
