[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to produce the petitioner's husband namely Raj Kumar @ MLA Raja aged about 39 years from the custody of the 1st respondent before the 4th respondent for medical treatment. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. It is the case of the petitioner that her husband Raj Kumar @ MLA Raja, who is a remand prisoner having health issues and requires medical treatment.

3.Today, Ms.A.Suba, Inspector of Police, Ariyur Police Station is present before this Court. On instructions, Mr.R.Prathap Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner's husband is now under treatment in the Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Government Hospital, Trichy.

Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
