The Contempt Petition has been filed complying violation of the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.12820 of 2010 dated 10.02.2012. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned Additional Government Pleader has produced a communication received by him from the respondents indicating that 1/3

pursuant to the orders passed by this Court, the respondents had passed an order by including the name of the petitioner in the State-wise seniority list by assigning Sl.No.5443 and the petitioner was appointed as a plot watcher. 2.However, learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner was seeking orders on and from 2009. But, however, orders passed by the respondents only with effect from 2012, if the petitioner is aggrieved against such order, it is for her to challenge the same. 3.In view of the compliance order passed as early as in the year 2012, the Contempt Petition is closed.
