This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12664 of 2023 on 15.06.2023 to stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, C1, Flower Bazaar Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation in this case is completed, charge sheet is filed and taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.35 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, petitioner is directed to report before the trial court on all hearing dates without fail.
