This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 29.12.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.25902 of 2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed a petition in Crl.O.P.No.14631 of 2023 before this Court and the same was closed on the ground that since already anticipatory bail was granted, second petition for anticipatory bail is not maintainable. Hence, he seeks for extension of time to comply with the said conditions.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, time is extended till 18.09.2023 for the petitioner to execute the sureties and comply with the conditions, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
