This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 116 days in filing the above appeal against the Judgment dated 19.12.2024 in Spl.S.C.No.30 of 2024 on the file of the District and Sessions Judge, Mayiladuthurai.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 116 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
