The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) & 307 of IPC, in Crime No.271 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons have attacked the defacto complainant with knife, due to which, he sustained injuries. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated tin this case. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner had also involved in other cases. He further submitted that the investigation is still pending. Hence, he prayed for dismissal of this petition.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner has involved in serious offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
