This application has been filed to permit Mr.Joideep Roy Chowdhury as power agent to act on behalf of the petitioner in the Original Petition. 2.

The Original Petition has been filed seeking Letters of Administration. Respondents have filed their consent affidavits.

3. In the affidavit filed in support of this application, the petitioner has stated that he had gone away to the United States of America and it would not be possible for him to come back. In these circumstances, he appointed a power of attorney. Necessary affidavit that the power attorney is still in force has been filed.

4. Permission is granted for the petitioner to be represented by the power of attorney. After evidence is recorded, further examination would be done with respect to the properitary of the power of attorney to represent the petitioner herein.
