Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent would submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and finding that there is no substance in the allegations and the FIR in Crime No.10 of 2024 has been referred as 'mistake of fact'.
