When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the correct case number before the Court below is HMOP.No.23 of 2021. However, in the present transfer application, the petitioner has mentioned the number as HMOP.No.23 of 2020.

2. Therefore, this transfer petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition with correct case number. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
