The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the respondents herein to form a 80 feet road as per the Coimbatore Master Plan for local planning in D.D.Plan No.4, 5 and 6 in S.F.No.224, Sundakkamuthur Village, Coimbatore.

2. The issue in this writ petition is already dealt with by this Court in W.P.No.13995 of 2017 and M.P.No.1 of 2007 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by an order dated 16.11.2011, the same was disposed of. The prayer in that writ petition and the present writ petition is one and the same. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of on the same lines. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
