ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to publish the results for the post of salesman in Notification No.01/2017 and consequently consider the name of the petitioner for the existing vacancy at Neikuppai Village, Veppanthattai Taluk, Perambalur District, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 30.05.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner studied upto Higher Secondary and applied for the post of Salesman in the year 2012 in (Civil Supply) Cooperative Societies in Perambalur District. The respondent called the petitioner to attend interview for the post of Salesman on 09.01.2014 and 29.01.2018. The petitioner attended the interview and till date, the results of the interview was not published. Seeking publication of the result, this writ petition came to be filed. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the results of the interview conducted on 29.01.2018 for the post of Salesman, was already published and the petitioner was also appointed in the said post.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition and this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
