This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 30 days in filing the above Criminal Revision.

2.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record. 3.Despite service of notice on the respondent and his name is printed in the cause list, none appears for him.

4. The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition is not satisfied, however, in order to give opportunity to the petitioners, the delay is condoned.

5. The Registry is directed to number the above revision, if it is otherwise in order.
