Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1, 2, 3 and 5 to take appropriate action both criminal action against the 6th and 7th respondents in the light of the representations made by the petitioner dated 03.07.2019 and also in terms of the Judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Dayal Singh v State of Uttaranchal, reported in (2012) 8 SCC 263.
