This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 25.07.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.10456 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15792 of 2022 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a week i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.
