This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant police protection to the petitioner's land in Survey No.228, Sub Division 13A, measuring about 0.54 Areas, Thirukalappyur Madura, Koil Valkhai, Udayarpalayam Taluk, Ariyalur District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 27.06.2023 in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3.The petitioner is seeking for police protection based on a decree passed by the civil Court. A representation has been sent in this regard to the respondent police on 27.06.2023.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit a representation/complaint in person before the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent shall enquire the parties and take a decision in accordance with law within a period of two

(2) weeks from the date of receipt of the complaint/representation from the petitioner.
