O R D E R

The Tr.C.M.P is filed by the petitioner-husband seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.1000 of 2012 pending on the file of the I Additional Family Court at Coimbatore to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. The respondent-wife filed H.M.O.P.No.1000 of 2012 on the file of the I Additional Family Court for dissolution of marriage solemnized between the petitioner and respondent on 27.01.2000.

The matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, High Court, Madras and after deliberations, the Mediation Centre had given an interim agreement arrived at between the parties. The petitioner and the respondent signed in the said Interim Agreement and counter-signed by their respective counsels. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsels appearing for both sides have stated that the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition shall be disposed of in terms of the said interim agreement. It is also stated that pursuant to the agreement, H.M.O.P.No.1000 of 2012 pending on the file of I Additional Family Court at Coimbatore has already been withdrawn and petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act has been filed. Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of, recording the said interim agreement dated 29.11.2016. The Interim Agreement dated 29.11.2016 and the Mediation Report dated 29.11.2016 of the Mediation Centre, shall form part of the order. No costs.
