Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in WMP No. 36101 of 2018 to deposit 50 percentage of the backwages to te credit of C.P. No.6 of 2014 on the file of the II Additional Labour Court, Chennai, till 26.08.2019 in WMP.NO.22162 OF 2019.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of PREM NARAYAN R., Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- In view of the conditional order passed by this Court on 26.11.2018, that in case of failure on the part of the petitionersociety to deposit 50% of the backwages within a period of six weeks, the stay shall stand automatically vacated, the present writ miscellaneous petition seeking extension of time for depositing amount cannot be entertained since, the order passed by the learned Judge had worked itself out. Such extension cannot be sought for and this Court cannot entertain the writ miscellaneous petition in this situation.
