The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner was called for an enquiry in connection with a case that is under investigation against the brother of the petitioner.

2. If the petitioner is required for enquiry, the respondent Police shall issue notice under Section 41A of Cr.P.C., and thereafter call for enquiry.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed off with the above direction.
