ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 03.1.2023 pending on the file of the respondents in pursuance of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No. 7733 of 2023 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate, Additional Court of CCB.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case has been registered in Crime No.193 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent police.

3. The submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. It is seen that the First Information Report itself has been registered after nearly eight years after the incident. The allegation contained in the First Information Report also looks very serious. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the 2/4

investigation and file a final report within a period of six (6) months. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
