ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits on instructions that the order dated 18.03.2021 passed by this Court in W.P. No.232 of 2021, which is the subject matter of this contempt petition has been complied with. However, he seeks liberty of this Court to challenge the order passed by the authorities concerned pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 18.03.2021 in W.P. No.232 of 2021.

2. After recording the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner this contempt petition is closed. However liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the authorities in compliance with the order dated 18.03.2021 passed in W.P. No.232 of 2021.
