Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to cancel the legal heir certificate issued in No.TN-720200213476 dated 20.02.2020 issued by the 2nd Respondent in favour of the 3rd to 6th Respondents herein and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to issue legal heir certificate by including petitioner and her daughters namely Gomathy and Suganya and 4th to 6th Respondents herein.

ORDER
The petitioner has moved the first respondent with a representation to cancel a legal heir certificate granted to respondents 3 to 6. Her grievance is that the third respondent's name is to be deleted and in the place of the third respondent, the petitioner and her daughters names should be included as the legal heirs of Late.Anandaraj. 2.Mr.M.Bindran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.
3.The Revenue Divisional Officer/first respondent is now required to hold an enquiry on the representation/appeal of the petitioner and after giving due and effective hearing to all the respondents and those who are likely to be affected by his order, dispose of the same within a period of twelve
(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
