(Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH,J.) The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 05.12.2018 passed by this Court in W.P. No.28229 of 2017. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted that the order dated 05.12.2018 passed by this Court in W.P. No.28229 of 2017 has been complied with by demolishing the un-authorised construction and some photographs have also been produced before us. 2/3

3.In view of the present situation, nothing further survives for adjudication in this petition. Recording the submission made, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
