This petition has been filed to direct the Family Court, Puducherry to dispose of MOP No.486 of 2022.

2. Pursuant to my order dated 27.06.2025, the learned Judge, Family Court, Puducherry has forwarded her report to the Registry of this Court in D.No.195/JUD/FC/PDY/2025, dated 03.07.2025, requesting six months time to dispose of MOP No.486 of 2022 pending on its file. P.B.BALAJI,J.

3. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

4. Recording the said report of the learned Judge, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed with a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Puduchery to dispose of the MOP.No.486 of 2022 on or before 31.01.2026. No costs.
