This Application has been filed to receive documents as detailed in the application as additional documents to mark the same in the suit.

2. Learned Counsel for the respondents submits that only the xerox copy of the Joint Development Agreement dated 14.11.2016 is produced. In response, the learned Counsel for the applicants submitted that he is not a party to this said document and therefore, he is not in possession of the original document. In that case, he undertakes to take steps to issue notice to the other side for producing the original document. If he does not produce the original document, copy can be marked as secondary evidence. However, other documents are concerned, it is submitted that they are registered copies of the original documents. These documents are necessary for the purpose of proving the case of the petitioner.

3. In the light of the submissions made, this Court directs the concerned learned Additional Master to receive the documents subject to admissibility, relevancy and proof.
