Decree: These Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the grounds of Appeal and the Judgments and Decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the court of first instance and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.Mohanraj, Advocate for the appellant in both the apepals and none appearing on behalf of the respondents, this Court doth order and decree as follows:

1.that the C.M.S.A.No.25 of 2019 stand dismissed and the judgment and decree dated 26.04.2019 passed in CMA.No.17 of 2017 confirming the judgment and decree dated 27.06.2014 passed in H.M.O.P.No.75 of 2011, be and hereby is confirmed.

2.That there be no costs in this appeal.
