Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition"[c]the first petitioner on his relase from prison shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m and 5.30p.m until further orders and [d].The second petitioner on their his release from prison shall stay at Vellore and report before the Vellore North Police Station every day at 10.30.a.m and 5.30p.m until further orders. The Second petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police" imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17957 of 2020 by order dated 11/11/2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S B.KALAIARASAN Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17957 of 2020 dated 11.11.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.17957 of 2020 dated 11.11.2020 is relaxed, however the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
