This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners to surrender and execute sureties imposed by this Hon'ble Court by an order made in Crl.O.P.No.13617 of 2022 dated 14.06.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) each, as non refundable deposit to the credit of COVID-19 SALEM DISTRICT; SB.A/c No : 190601000434; IFSC code : ICIC0006119; The Personal Assistant (General) to the Collector, Collectorate, Room No.117, First Floor, Salem-636 001, Ph.No.9445008148," and on such payment the petitioners are directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 05.09.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
