This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 623 days in re-presenting the appeal papers in SA.SR.No.45000 of 2018.

2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand and Five Hundred only) to the Tamilnadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court Campus, Chennai within a period of one week from today. On payment of Rs.2,500/-, Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
