ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records relating to the case in Cr. No.230 of 2015 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

Today, Mr. R. Balasubramaniam, Special Sub Inspector, E-9, Thalambur Police Station is present before this Court. On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent State submitted that the investigation in Cr. No.230 of 2015 has been completed and a final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpet, in which, the petitioner has not been included as an accused. He further submitted that the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpet, has not taken the final report on file.
