[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 09.11.2020,the present petition has been filed. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought small accommodation for the petitioner to surrender on 28.12.2020. 4.We do not find any reason to extend the time. However, considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that there is some difficulty in surrendering on 25.12.2020, we are inclined to extend the time for surrender till 28.12.2020.
