It is the contention of the learned counsel for the applicant that the defendants are liable to pay a sum of Rs.1,23,58,139.34 for the food products supplied by the plaintiff and the credit bills raised by the plaintiff is acknowledged by the defendant. He further submitted that major part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court, this application has been filed since the defendant is residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this application is ordered.
