ORDER
The writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 to stop the activities of the sixth respondent in conducting extra-judicial forum inside the mosque premises in the light of the judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.33059 of 2016 and to file a compliance report of the same. 2.
Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and
perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.
Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 01.07.2022, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6 herein, and after giving opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till the disposal of the representation, the Talaq certificate issued by the sixth respondent is kept in abeyance.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
