ORDER

The petitioner-Management has filed the present writ petition seeking to quash the revenue recovery proceedings of the second respondent dated 10.07.2024 in Na.Ka.No.A3/005/2024, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to deposit the award amount of Rs.23,71,049/-.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the payment has been made by the petitioner as directed, and therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous.
