Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondent to search and produce the petitioner's son namely Dharanibabu aged about 24 years before this Court and hand over to the petitioner.

O R D E R

(The Order of the Court was made by M. M.SUNDRESH,J.,) The petitioner is the father of the detenu. He has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondent for the production of his son before this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the the detenu has left parental home on his own and living with a third party and he is 24 years old and at present, he is living at Mylapore in Chennai.

3. Thus, we do not find any illegal detention involved. However, the respondent is directed furnish the address of the detenue to the petitioner.

4. In the result, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed with the above direction.
